URI 參考，當要使用的 SAML 通訊協定繫結中 SAML 授權單位擁有關於主體之額外資訊的其他資訊時，就會使用這個參考來識別該 SAML 通訊協定繫結。

系統會設定 Binding 屬性，而 IsReadOnly 屬性為 true。

Binding 屬性設定為 null。

Binding 屬性 (Property) 會對應到已在 Assertions and Protocol for the OASIS SAML 規格中定義之 Binding 項目的 <AuthorityBinding> 屬性 (Attribute)。
