Comentários
Stop closes the listener. Todas as solicitações de conexão não aceitas na fila serão perdidas. Hosts remotos aguardando uma conexão ser aceita gerarão um SocketException. Você é responsável por fechar suas conexões aceitas separadamente.

Notas aos Chamadores
O Stop() método também fecha o subjacente Sockete cria um novo Socket para o TcpListener. Se você definir quaisquer propriedades no subjacente antes de Socket chamar o Stop() método , essas propriedades não serão transferidas para o novo Socket.
