ローカル変数を、参照型であれば true に、値型であればゼロで初期化された値に初期化するコードがメソッド本体に含まれている場合は null。それ以外の場合は false

プロパティはInitLocals、明示的に初期化されていない変数、つまり C# や Dim x As Integer Visual Basic などのint x;構文で宣言された変数を参照します。

参照変数は既定で に null 初期化されます。 数値変数は 0 に初期化されます。
