Remarques

Il s’agit d’une méthode bloquante qui retourne une fois que le AutomationElement a été développé.

Il existe des cas où un AutomationElement qui est marqué comme un nœud feuille peut ne pas savoir s’il a des enfants tant que la CollapseExpand méthode ou n’est pas appelée. Ce comportement est possible avec un contrôle d’arborescence qui retarde le chargement de ses éléments enfants. Par exemple, Microsoft’Explorateur Windows peut afficher l’icône développer pour un nœud même s’il n’y a actuellement aucun élément enfant ; lorsque vous cliquez sur l’icône, le contrôle interroge les éléments enfants, recherche aucun et supprime l’icône développer. Dans ce cas, les clients doivent écouter un événement modifié sur la ExpandCollapseState propriété en inscrivant un gestionnaire d’événements avec la AddAutomationPropertyChangedEventHandler méthode .
