Gets a collections of attributes to associate with this signature that are also protected by the signature.

A collections of attributes to associate with this signature that are also protected by the signature.
Remarks
An example of a signed attribute that might be included in the CryptographicAttributeObjectCollection collection retrieved by the SignedAttributes property is the Pkcs9SigningTime signing time attribute.
A Pkcs9ContentType object and a Pkcs9MessageDigest object will be automatically generated and placed in the SignerInfo.SignedAttributes property for the corresponding signer whenever the SignedAttributes property is not empty.
