Occurs when the stylus is too far from the digitizer to be detected, while over this element.

This event creates an alias for the Stylus.StylusOutOfRange attached event for this class, so that StylusOutOfRange is part of the class members list when UIElement3D is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the StylusOutOfRange event are attached to the underlying Stylus.StylusOutOfRange attached event and receive the same event data instance.
