ToolStripRenderer.DrawArrow(ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs) Method

Definition

Draws an arrow on a ToolStripItem.

public:
 void DrawArrow(System::Windows::Forms::ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs ^ e);
public void DrawArrow (System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs e);
member this.DrawArrow : System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs -> unit
Public Sub DrawArrow (e As ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs)

Parameters

e
ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs

A ToolStripArrowRenderEventArgs that contains data to draw the arrow.

Remarks

The DrawArrow method provides an entry point to the arrow rendering code. Use this method to draw an arrow when overriding the ToolStripItem.OnPaint method, or to force an arrow to be drawn in a custom ToolStripRenderer. To change the way an arrow is rendered, override the OnRenderArrow method in a class derived from ToolStripRenderer.
