A String containing markup text that renders to a placeholder on the design surface.

Remarks

If the markup for the FormView control does not include one of the item templates, the GetDesignTimeHtml method calls the GetEmptyDesignTimeHtml method, which generates the markup for a placeholder that contains instructions on how to edit template content and a message that an item template is required.
