Set Screen options

The options on the Screen tab determine how Microsoft Expression Encoder Screen Capture will capture the activity on your screen.

To set Screen options

  1. On the Expression Encoder Screen Capture main window, click Edit options Edit Options button..

  2. Set the Screen options according to the following descriptions:

    • Frame Rate   Specifies the frame rate at which you want the screen capture to be recorded.

    • Bitrate   Specifies the bit rate at which you want the screen capture to be recorded.

    • Quality   Specifies the quality level of the capture. Type a value from 1 to 100, with 100 being the highest quality.

    • Capture mouse cursor   Specifies whether the pointer will be visible in your capture. Choose Capture large cursor to have the cursor appear in your capture at three times its normal size.
