The MajorVersionSpecified property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the MajorVersion property is serialized into the SOAP message. This property is required if the MajorVersion property is specified.

The value of the MajorVersionSpecified property is true if the MajorVersion property is serialized in the SOAP message; otherwise, the value is false.
