The BrtBeginPRFilter14 record specifies information about the set of pivot items (section 2.2.5.3.3), data items (section 2.2.5.3.7.5.1) associated with a pivot field, or a data field that specifies a filter for a PivotTable rule (section 2.2.5.3.9) and specifies the beginning of a collection of records as defined by the PivotTable (section 2.1.7.40) part ABNF.
