The set of records in this example includes all records in the Worksheet part ABNF (section 2.1.7.62) appear between the BrtBeginConditionalFormatting (section 2.4.34) and BrtEndConditionalFormatting (section 2.4.388) records.

The range of cells to which the formatting is applied is defined in the BrtBeginConditionalFormatting record. Then, a BrtBeginCFRule (section 2.4.23) record specifies the properties of the conditional formatting rule; it contains a BrtBeginCFRule record that defines the conditional formatting rule.
