The BrtEndCellXFs record specifies the end of a collection of BrtXF (section 2.4.862) records as defined by the Styles (section 2.1.7.50) part ABNF. The collection of BrtXF records specifies all cell XFs (section 2.2.6.1.1) in the workbook. The collection MUST contain at least 1 and no more than 0xFF96 BrtXF records.
