Gets or sets the encoding to use when creating a new log file.

Property Value
Encoding, which is the encoding to use when creating a new log file. The default value of this property is UTF8Encoding.
Remarks
When appending text to an existing log file, the encoding for that file is used instead of the encoding specified by the Encoding property.
