Gets a value indicating whether the navigation action is from a new navigation session or an existing navigation session.

true if the action is from a new navigation session; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The IsNew property is true if the user clicks another node in the Connections pane in IIS Manager or navigates to another page without clicking the Back or Forward buttons on the toolbar. IsNew is false if the user navigates to a page by using the Back or Forward buttons on the toolbar.
