Il MakePointerType metodo consente di generare tipi di puntatore per gli elenchi di parametri.

Utilizzando la sintassi di Microsoft linguaggio intermedio (MSIL), se l'oggetto corrente Type rappresenta Int32, questo metodo restituisce un Type oggetto che rappresenta Int32*.
