進程優先順序類別包含一系列線程優先順序層級。 進程中執行之優先順序不同的線程會相對於進程的優先順序類別執行。 Win32 使用四個優先順序類別,每個類別有七個基底優先順序層級。 這些行程優先順序類別會在列舉中ProcessPriorityClass擷取,可讓您將進程優先順序設定為IdleNormal、、、HighAboveNormalBelowNormalRealTime。 根據經過的時間或其他提升的時間,當進程需要讓其他人存取處理器時,操作系統可以變更基底優先順序層級。 此外,您可以將 設定 PriorityBoostEnabled 為暫時提升已從等候狀態取出之線程的優先順序層級。 當進程回到等候狀態時,就會重設優先順序。

屬性 BasePriority 可讓您檢視指派給進程的起始優先順序。 不過,因為它是只讀的,所以您無法使用 BasePriority 屬性來設定進程的優先順序。 若要變更優先順序,請使用 PriorityClass 屬性,這個屬性會取得或設定進程的整體優先順序類別。

無法使用系統監視器來檢視優先順序類別。 下表顯示 和 PriorityClass 值之間的BasePriority關聯性。
