Determines whether the specified object represents the same code provider and compiler settings as the current instance of CompilerType.

Remarks
The Equals method overrides the Object.Equals method.
Equals compares two instances based on their CodeDomProviderType, CompilerParameters.WarningLevel, CompilerParameters.CompilerOptions, and CompilerParameters.IncludeDebugInformation properties.
