Gets the collection of bindings associated with the input parameters to the method specified in the MethodName property.

ParameterBindings on a WebServiceInputActivity are used to bind the inbound parameters to locations in the workflow. When the WebServiceInputActivity executes, the bound locations are set to the values of the corresponding inbound parameters.
