The InitialName property sets the first name in a contacts list to return in a FindItem response. This property is optional.

Property Value
The InitialName property returns the name of the first contact to return.
Remarks
If the InitialName property is not set, the response will contain a list of contacts that begins with the first name in the contact list. If the specified initial name is not in the contacts list, the next alphabetical name as defined by the cultural context will be returned, except if the next name comes after the name that is specified by the FinalName property.
