How to Install Windows Embedded Studio
Before you install Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 2, you must have Window XP Embedded with Service Pack 1 already installed on your computer. If you already have Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 1 installed, you should back up your component database and repository before you install Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 2.
If this a new or first-time installation of Windows Embedded Studio, or you have not installed Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 1, start with step 1.
If you are updating your installation of Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 1 to Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 2, start with How to Install Windows XP Embedded Service Pack 2.
