SPItem類別會提供直接存取清單項目，例如備份存放區，佈建網站或工作流程，讓清單為基礎的表單基礎結構，以將延伸，以便可以在不使用清單項目容量中重複使用的資料。表單的基礎結構基本上操作對一組資料 (清單項目) 和一組中繼資料 (清單欄位集合)。
