這個類別的設計目的是要讓外部封裝使用 TeamFoundationServer 相同的物件執行個體。 它快取 Team Foundation Server 物件不考慮認證。 快取物件由伺服器統一資源識別元 (URI) (URI) 只索引。

這個類型的任何 Public static (在 Visual Basic 中為 Shared) 成員都是安全執行緒。不保證任何執行個體成員是安全執行緒。
