本主題說明如何在執行未安裝 Unified Messaging server role 之 Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 的伺服器或用戶端電腦上，手動安裝及設定 Exchange UM 測試電話應用程式。您可以使用 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話來測試特定整合通訊的功能，例如自動答錄服務、使用者存取及自動語音應答等。

開始之前

執行 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話應用程式之前，必須安裝適當的音訊裝置、音訊驅動程式、喇叭和麥克風以安裝和設定用戶端電腦。Exchange 整合通訊測試電話應用程式會將音訊分流到在 Unified Messaging Server 中之用戶端電腦上設定的音訊裝置。確認您在用戶端電腦上執行 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話應用程式前，這些裝置已連線並正常運作。

附註：
如果您是使用 Unified Messaging Server 配合多個網路介面卡，或者您有多個 IP 位址繫結至單一的網路介面卡，而您遇到短暫的問題，可能必須變更網路介面卡的繫結順序，或者變更 IP 位址的順序以更正這些問題。

若要執行此程序，必須對您使用的帳戶委派 Exchange 組織系統管理員角色。

重要事項：
當您在測試 64 位元 Unified Messaging Server 的功能時，必須從 64 位元 Unified Messaging Server 複製所需的檔案。但是，您只能從不執行 Unified Messaging role 的 64 位元用戶端電腦或伺服器，測試 64 位元 Unified Messaging Server 的功能。

程序

設定使用 32 位元或 64 位元版本之 Exchange Server 2007 的 Unified Messaging Server

1. 安裝 Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging server role。

   附註：
   您可以在目前已安裝不同伺服器角色的 Exchange 2007 安裝 Unified Messaging server role，或者可以在同一個 Exchange 2007 組織中的不同電腦上安裝 Unified Messaging server role。

2. 使用 [Active Directory 使用者和電腦] 建立新的使用者物件。建立使用者時，不要建立 Exchange 信箱。

3. 從 [開始] 功能表開啟 [Exchange 管理主控台]。

4. 在主控台樹狀目錄中，展開 [收件者組態]，然後按一下 [信箱]。

5. 在執行窗格中，按一下 [新增信箱]。

6. 使用 [新增信箱] 精靈，為您在本程序前面建立的使用者建立使用者信箱。如需相關資訊，請參閱如何為現有的使用者建立信箱。

7. 從 [開始] 功能表開啟 [Exchange 管理命令介面]。

8. 使用 Exchange 管理命令介面建立以下整合通訊物件：

   • 執行以下指令程式以建立新的撥號對應表物件： New-umdialplan -name dp -Num 5

   • 執行以下指令程式以建立新的 UM IP 閘道： New-UMIPGateway -name ip -address <ipaddress>

     重要事項：
     設定 IP 閘道時，此物件的 IP 位址是安裝了 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話應用程式之電腦的 IP 位址。

   • 執行以下指令程式建立新的群組搜尋物件： New-umhuntgroup -name hg -umipgateway ip -umdialplan dp - Pilotidentifier <phonenumber>

   • 執行以下指令程式建立新的信箱原則物件： New-ummailboxpolicy -name p1 -umdialplan dp

   • 執行以下指令程式建立新的自動語音應答物件： New-umautoattendant -name AA -umdialplan dp -PilotIdentifierList <phonenumber>

   • 執行以下指令程式啟用整合通訊的擁有郵件功能的收件者： Enable-ummailbox -id <smtpaddress> -ummailboxpolicy p1 -extensions 12345

     附註：
     SMTP 位址是在前個步驟中建立的使用者之 SMTP 位址。

   • 執行以下 指令程式，新增或使 Unified Messaging Server 與已建立的撥號對應表關聯： Set-umserver -identity <servername> -dialplan dp

使用 32 位元版的 Exchange Server 2007 測試 UM 功能

安裝 Unified Messaging server role 之後，會將 Exchange UM 測試電話應用程式檔案複製到 Unified Messaging Server 中。但是，所複製的動態連結程式庫 (DLL) 檔案是位於全域組件快取中，而且您無法使用 Microsoft Explorer 來檢視全域組件快取的內容。將這些檔案複製到適當位置的最簡單方式，是在命令提示字元中使用 copy 命令。然而，Exchange 整合通訊測試電話在此產品的原始版 (RTM) 及 Service Pack 1 (SP1) 版本上正確運作所需的檔案不同。

重要事項：
如果您正在本機 Unified Messaging Server 上執行 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話應用程式，則不必執行下列各節中的手動設定步驟。

在用戶端電腦上安裝和設定 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話

1. 在將執行 Exchange UM 測試電話應用程式的用戶端電腦上，安裝 32 位元 Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0。

2. 下表列出必須複製到用戶端電腦上本機資料夾的檔案：

3. 在 Exchange Server\bin\ 資料夾中，連按兩下 ExchangeUMTestPhone.exe 以開啟 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話。

使用 64 位元版的 Exchange Server 2007 測試 UM 功能

在用戶端電腦上安裝和設定 Exchange 整合通訊測試電話

1. 在即將執行 Exchange UM 測試電話應用程式的用戶端電腦上安裝 64 位元的 Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0。
