NoCancelFromEvtSurpriseRemove rule (kmdf)
The NoCancelFromEvtSurpriseRemove rule specifies that WDF Drivers shouldn’t cancel requests from the EvtDeviceSurpriseRemoval callback function, instead self-managed I/O callback functions should be used. EvtDeviceSurpriseRemoval callback function isn’t synchronized with the power-down path.
