(MEX) Generate a DIOT

Legal entities and people in Mexico that deal with vendors must submit a Declaración Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros (DIOT) to the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT). Use the 生成 DIOT 申报 report to generate and print the DIOT.

  1. 单击 总帐 >报表 >墨西哥税务报表 >生成 DIOT 申报。

  2. In the 开始日期 and 结束日期 fields, select the starting date and ending date of the reporting period.

  3. In the DIOT 报表类型 field, select the DIOT type:

    • 1: 合并 – Summarizes all of the vendor operations created for a specific Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) number or fiscal ID.

    • 2: 详细 – Generates a detailed report containing all vendor operations. Every line should be represented by a transaction.

  4. In the 文件名 field, specify the path and file name for the DIOT.

  5. Select the 生成文件 check box to generate the DIOT as a text file in the specified path.

  6. In the 全球供应商运营的百分比 field, enter the percentage of total operations that are to be considered global vendor operations.

  7. In the 上限 field, enter the maximum transaction amount for a global vendor.

  8. Click OK to generate the DIOT.
