(MEX) Set up print management options for an electronic invoice

Use the 打印管理设置 and 打印目标设置 forms to set up print management options for an electronic invoice. You can also set up print management options for a customer or vendor to override the print management destination setup for different modules.

  1. 单击 应收帐款 >设置 >窗体 >表格设置

  2. Click 打印管理设置.

  3. Right-click a module name, and then click 全部展开. The document types for the selected module are displayed.

    Select an original record of an invoice type (sales order invoice, free text invoice, or project invoice), and then in the right pane, click the 目标 lookup button > 打印机设置.

  4. In the 打印目标设置 form, select 文件 in the left pane, and then in the 文件名 field, type Invoice.

  5. In the 文件格式 field, select PDF, and then click OK.

    备注

    Verify that the 目标 field in the 打印管理设置 form is updated with File: Invoice.pdf.

  6. Close the forms.
