You can create a ledger posting group, and then attach it to one or more withholding tax codes.
单击 总帐 >设置 >预缴税金 >分类帐记帐组。
Create a new ledger posting group.
In the 分类帐记帐组 field, enter a code to identify the group.
In the 描述 field, enter a description for the group.
In the 预缴税金 field, select a ledger account to post withholding tax that is calculated for a purchase. You must select an account with a 过帐类型 of 预缴税金.
In the 预缴税金对方科目 field, select an offset type ledger account to post the withholding tax that is deducted from a customer’s purchase or sales order. You must select an account with a 过帐类型 of 预缴税金.
In the 结算科目 field, select a ledger account to post the withholding tax settlement amount.
Close the form.
单击 总帐 >设置 >预缴税金 >预缴税金代码。
Select the withholding tax code that you want to attach a ledger posting group to, and then click the 常规 FastTab.
In the 分类帐记帐组 field, select the ledger posting group for the withholding tax code.
Close the form.
