参数

str
要转换的字符串。
locale
要使用的区域设置。

返回值

每个函数返回 double 值，此值由将输入字符作为数字解析而生成。如果该输入无法转换为该类型的值，则返回值为 0.0。

在所有超出范围的情况下，errno设置为ERANGE。如果传递的参数为 NULL，则调用无效的参数处理程序，如参数验证中所述。如果允许继续执行，则这些函数将 errno 设置为 EINVAL，并返回 0。

这些函数将字符串转换为双精度浮点值。

输入字符串是可被解释为指定类型的数值的字符序列。当第一个字符不能识别为数字时，函数将停止读入输入字符串。此字符可能是终止字符串的 null 字符（'\0' 或 L'\0'）。

atof 和 _wtof 的 str 参数具有以下格式：

[whitespace] [sign] [digits] [.digits] [ {d | D | e | E }[sign]digits]

whitespace 包含已忽略的空格或制表符；sign 是加号 (+) 或减号 (-)；而 digits 是一个或多个十进制数字。如果数字没在小数点出现之前，至少一个必须在小数点后显示。十进制数字后跟指数，包括一个介绍性字母（d、D、e 或 E）和一个可选带符号十进制整数。

这些带有 _l 后缀的函数的版本相同，只不过它们使用传递的区域设置参数而不是当前区域设置。
