Test-AzureName

Tests whether a Windows Azure service or storage name is already in use.

Parameter Set: Service
Test-AzureName [-Service] [-Name] <String> [ <CommonParameters>]

Parameter Set: Storage
Test-AzureName [-Storage] [-Name] <String> [ <CommonParameters>]

The Test-AzureName tests whether a Windows Azure service name or storage name is in use. If the name is in use, the cmdlet returns $True. If the name is not being used, it returns $False. You can test for a service name or a storage name.

Specifies the name of the service or storage account to test.
