BlobRequest.Put Method

Constructs a web request to create a new block blob or page blob, or to update the content of an existing block blob.

Type: System.Uri

The absolute URI to the blob.


Type: System.Int32

The server timeout interval.


Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.BlobProperties

The properties to set for the blob.


Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.BlobType

The type of the blob.


Type: System.String

The lease ID, if the blob has an active lease.


Type: System.Int64

For a page blob, the size of the blob. This parameter is ignored for block blobs.

Return Value

Type: System.Net.HttpWebRequest

A web request to use to perform the operation.
