PdoInitFreeDeviceCreate rule (kmdf)
The PdoInitFreeDeviceCreate rule specifies that a driver must call WdfDeviceInitFree instead of WdfDeviceCreate if an error occurs in one of the device object initialization functions and if the driver received the WDFDEVICE_INIT structure from a call to WdfPdoInitAllocate.
