Parameters

  • ctiCallRefCallId
    Specifies the CTI call reference ID.
  • requestedState
    Specifies the requested state.
  • targetState
    Specifies the requested state to go to.
  • overrideCtiLogic
    Internal only.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
True if the agent state is successfully set, otherwise false.
