IWMSServer::get_StartTime

The get_StartTime method retrieves the date and time at which the Windows Media server was started.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_StartTime(
  DATE*  pVal
);

Parameters

pVal

[out] Pointer to a DATE containing the date and time at which the server was started.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
E_POINTER 0x80004003 Indicates that pVal is a NULL pointer argument.

Remarks

The get_StartTime method uses Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
