click method

Simulates a click by causing the HTMLFrameSiteEvents::onclick event to fire.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.click();

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

Note Simulating a click using the IHTMLElement::click does not bring the element being clicked into focus. (See example below).
