How to: Create a Company Marketing Profile

Use your Company Marketing Profile to describe your company’s expertise in Microsoft technologies, to list the applications and professional services you offer, and to tell potential customers about the business needs you can help them address. Be sure to review Understand Profile Guidelines to ensure your profile meets the necessary criteria for publishing.

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Partner Center.

  2. Click the Company tab on the navigation bar.

  3. Click the Properties button and complete the following:

    1. Upload a Company logo.

    2. Upload an image file for your Cover image, or choose one of the provided images.

    3. Enter your company website.

    4. Enter URLs to your company’s social media pages.

    5. Click Save.

  4. Click the Language profiles button and complete the following:

    1. Enter your company Tagline, which is a brief summary that will appear in search results.

    2. Enter your full company Description.

      Remember that online customers scan rather than read. Use bulleted lists and focus on keywords rather than entering large blocks of text.

    3. Choose the Locations that will be associated with this profile.

      You can add additional language profiles with the link near the top of the screen.

    4. Click Save.

  5. Preview your profile and click Submit for Approval when you are ready to publish it on Pinpoint or in other marketplaces.
