Encoding Properties

The Encoding type exposes the following members.

Public property Static member BigEndianUnicode Gets an encoding for the UTF-16 format that uses the big-endian byte order.
Public property Static member Unicode Gets an encoding for the UTF-16 format using the little-endian byte order.
Public property Static member UTF8 Gets an encoding for the UTF-8 format.
Public property WebName When overridden in a derived class, gets the name registered with the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) for the current encoding.
