Writes the specified start element and associates it with the given namespace and prefix.

Parameters

prefix
Type: System.String
The prefix of the element.
localName
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The local name of the element.
namespaceUri
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryString
The namespace URI of the element.

InvalidOperationException

The writer is closed.
