Reminder Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the Reminder class.

Parameters

name
Type: System.String
The name of the reminder.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

The name string cannot be null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The name string cannot be zero length. The maximum length of the name string is 63 characters. The string can contain only printable ASCII characters (character values between 32 and 126).

The Name property is used by the system to identify notifications, so the value must be unique per application. Attempting to add a notification with a name that already exists for your application in the system will throw an exception.
