You can monetize your Windows Phone apps and games by including ads. Your app can display ads from a number of ad networks, including Microsoft Advertising.

The Microsoft Advertising SDK for Windows Phone is installed as part of Windows Phone OS 7.1 or higher. You can monetize your Windows Phone apps and games by including ads from Microsoft Advertising.
