Indicates whether custom attributes of a specified type are applied to a specified assembly.

Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

Parameters

element
Type: System.Reflection.Assembly
The assembly to inspect.
attributeType
Type: System.Type
The type of the attribute to search for.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if an attribute of the specified type is applied to element; otherwise, false.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type Assembly. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
