Represents the base class for classes that convert a requested uniform resource identifier (URI) into a new URI based on mapping rules.
Assembly: Microsoft.Phone (in Microsoft.Phone.dll)
Thetype exposes the following members.
|Equals(Object)||Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|Finalize||Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)|
|GetHashCode||Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)|
|GetType||Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)|
|MapUri||When overridden in a derived class, converts a requested uniform resource identifier (URI) to a new URI.|
|MemberwiseClone||Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|ToString||Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.)|
You create a class that derives from the class when you need to implement customized logic for converting one URI into another URI. To implement customized URI mapping logic, you override the MapUri method and specify in that method how the URI is converted.
The UriMapper class derives from and provides a basic implementation for mapping a requested URI to a different URI.
