StringReader.Dispose Method (Boolean)

Releases the unmanaged resources used by the StringReader and optionally releases the managed resources.

Namespace:   System.IO
Assembly:  mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

protected override void Dispose(
	bool disposing
)

Parameters

disposing
Type: System.Boolean

true to release both managed and unmanaged resources; false to release only unmanaged resources.

When the disposing parameter is true, this method releases all resources held by any managed objects that this StringReader references. This method invokes the Dispose method of each referenced object.

Notes to Inheritors:

Dispose can be called multiple times by other objects. When overriding Dispose, be careful not to reference objects that have been previously disposed in an earlier call to Dispose.
