Default Behavior When Sending Documents to Office

If you have access to both online and installed versions of the Office suite, then Microsoft Dynamics NAV has a default behavior for which version of Office to open. If you do not configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV to use the online version, then the installed Office products will be used. If you do configure the product to use the Office web applications, the following table describes which version of Office is the default for different activities in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
