getVertexAttribOffset method

Returns the address of a specified vertex attribute.

Syntax

var retVal = WebGLRenderingContext.getVertexAttribOffset(index, pname);

Parameters

index [in]

Type: Number

The index of the vertex attribute to query.

pname [in]

Type: Number

Must be gl.VERTEX_ATTRIB_ARRAY_POINTER

Return value

Type: Number

The address of the vertex attribute. Returns a null if an error is generated. Returns 0 if the context lost flag is set.

Remarks

gl.INVALID_ENUMpname isn't the constant gl.VERTEX_ATTRIB_ARRAY_POINTER..
gl.INVALID_VALUEindex is greater than or equal to gl.MAX_VERTEX_ATTRIBS.
