TextWriter.Write Method (Single)

Writes the text representation of a 4-byte floating-point value to the text string or stream.

Parameters

value
Type: System.Single

The 4-byte floating-point value to write.

ExceptionCondition
ObjectDisposedException

The TextWriter is closed.

IOException

An I/O error occurs.

The text representation of the specified value is produced by calling the Single.ToString method. The TextWriter.FormatProvider property, if not null, specifies the culture-specific formatting.
