TextWriter.WriteLine Method (Char, Int32, Int32)

The character array from which data is read.
The index into buffer at which to begin reading.
The maximum number of characters to write.
Return ValueCharacters are read from buffer beginning at index and ending at index + count.
The buffer length minus index is less than count.
The buffer parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
index or count is negative.
The TextWriter is closed.
An I/O error occurs.
This method will write count characters of data into this TextWriter from the buffer character array starting at position index.
