Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Diagnostic level	Determine the number of warning messages given by the compiler. To execute Best Practices checks during compilation, select Level 4.
Output	Select the destination of compiler messages. You can display messages in a form instead of the traditional message window.
Cross-reference	Update cross-references during compilation.
AOT Log	Write compilation information to a log file.
Directory	View the location of the log file.
