Type: System.Boolean
true if the "save" or "save as" operation was successful; if the user cancels the operation by clicking Cancel in the Save As dialog box, returns false.
Remarks
The PerformSaveOperation performs a "save" operation or a "save as" operation depending on the value of the IsSaveAs property. If the operation is successful, the Dirty property is set to false.
