Adds an event listener to the control.

Syntax

domEventMixin.addEventListener(type, listener, useCapture);

Parameters

  • type
    Type: String

    The type (name) of the event.

  • listener
    Type: Function

    The listener to invoke when the event gets raised.

  • useCapture
    Type: Boolean

    true to initiate capture; otherwise, false.

Return value

This method does not return a value.
